Add the (forgotten?) markMailAsRead call #4

Similar to all other mail loops.

BTW, I'd prefer to delete the processed mails. How do you think about a config option to select “delete”, “mark as seen” or “ignore”?

I agree, with both statements. I only went to mark as seen, as it was easier for me to test.
