Fixes .pet message & adds SCP-2176 as a valid hat #8

Adds SCP2176 as a valid hat

Fixes issue #6 (https://github.com/creepycats/SCPCosmetics/issues/6) where the .pet command returns the .hat response.

This is my first pull request, let me know if I've done anything wrong! :)
