Is it possible to change the live activity background from solid color to transparent?

Also in the island can you add option to hide to unit (mg)?

Is it possible to make island and live activity details configurable?

It would be nice to hide the mg option from the island is annoying the ‘g’ isnt fitting at all

Also, the transparent background would be great
