system monitor cpu readings are too low for alderlake 12700 cpu #83

Too many threads or heterogeneous cores? 100% cpu load looks like 30% on the meter.

Got type of that issue here. Well, I have a Ryzen 5 5500U (Not a fan of the Red team but.. You know) Which has 6 cores. And then almost the same thing. And I found the reason why..........

It's because of a formula that @creewick used to find out the Task manager estimates. And he says its "Almost" as accurate as in Task Manager
