Prompts not found due to case senstive search

Describe the bug Search is case sensitive.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior Search should handle search terms case-insensitive to find results for example both for "project" and "Project".
