upgrade aws s3 v2 adapter to v3 #16

I've been running this adapter in production for 2 months now. It's been pretty stable so far.

@creocoder Could you release the latest version of this lib on Composer with the new S3 adapter? Thanks!

@creocoder Yes, please. Could you tag a 0.9.0-beta1 or 0.9.0-rc1 - I've tested it and the v3-adapter works fine. I just had to add region to the component config.
