`cdev configure` should ask for additional environment variables #5

When running cdev configure you should be asked if there are additional environment variables you would like to set.

If you have env vars already set you should be asked if you want to remove them

migrated (and amended) from https://github.com/garethmidwood/cdev/issues/9
