Adapt for Amazfit Bip #14

Would it be possible to adapt this for a Amazfit Bip watch? I tried it and get Authenticated. Message and Phone notif is Ok, but band.get_battery_info() dies with a TypeError: a byte-like object is required, not 'int' Do you have an idea what to change?
