Good Day Sir Am Sorry That I said you did not add comment to your codes
After adding '!' to if(file_exists($_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"].'config/dbconnection.php')){ in line 9 of setup.php
and changing '"Cannot write to file ($filename)' to "Cannot write to file ($filename), check the permissions.")); in line 47 of dbcreate.php
the error is no longer " cannot create $filename " but it is printing " cannot create ["DOCUMENT_ROOT"].'/config/dbconnection.php'; " in my case c://config/dbconnection.php" "
already I have granted Everyone Security to the root folder and also removed the readonly.
Please How does the $filename retrieve data create it on the document root after which the removeFiles.php will have to remove them to complete the install
Thank You for designing the cms and encouraging open source
