It is currently a hard-coded value inside the train container that does not help with the installation. It would be better to have it as an environment variable specified from the compose file under environment.

KMP_BLOCKTIME should also be there.

Not related, but also delete tmux configuration comments.

Also not related but fix confusing comment next to Python minor versions. Minor versions will work. Patch versions I have no idea.
