Can this program be run on Windows 11? #307

I would like to explore if there is a way to run crest on windows. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to run it in Window's Ubuntu subsystem (WSL), although we haven't tested if everything works there. There is no support for Windows/Powershell on its own.
