[Solved] Access to phpmyadmin.test was denied | You don't have authorization to view this page. #203

I got 404 error if I visit http://phpmyadmin.test image

And I got this if I visit the https://phpmyadmin.test (secure) image

I don't know why but is that because of ssl expiration date or because of issuer (vmware)? image I did not find the certificate to install it as trusted This CA Root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store. image

The link phpmyadmin.test is secure in parked directory here is one of my links it is not working too image

The Certificate is expired how to update it and is updating the certificate will solve my issue image

I solved the issued by freeing the 80 port because of early install IIS
