POSSIBLE BUG: it's stopping bootstrap popper.js #98

I know it may sound stupid because I checked the package.json and vform is not depending on popper.js. but I'm using adminator and when I import the vform all the dropdowns and tooltips stop working. I checked more than 10 times now I can confirm that it's vform stopping it popper.js.
