- Support torrent-like streaming of a local chromecast (though maybe a better protocol that is more built for streaming)
- Maybe something simple at first, such as just relaying chrome casted items through a server
- https://github.com/jloutsenhizer/CR-Cast is out of date, but https://github.com/thibauts/node-castv2 might work
