Write JVM AOT Targetting Go

• Simply transpile JVM bytecodes to Go (need bytecodes not Java language to get other language benefit)
• Lets Go devs use Java libs (though the transpiled form may be ugly and require lib writers to write a shim for idiomatic Go use)
• I had started something like this already called "goahead" but abandoned it recently
• One challenge is that JVM class refs can be circular unlike Go imports. So would need to be at the JAR level and/or leverage JDK 9 modules
