Add product ID for RK3026 #7

Oops… looks like the read flash and reboot commands work but write flash just causes the target to lock up until disconnected and re-connected. That'll teach me to test before I push.

Nope, wrong again: just a bad USB cable. Odd that it worked to read the 805 MB /system partition though.
