Feature requests - cumulative downs by package and total download of packages from user (without log in) #19

Similar to NPM stats I would like to be able to easily check the total downloads of a package. I would like to be able to easily check the total downloads of all packages by a user.

Not all users are based on github, so oauth for github is a bit annoying for bitbucket / gitlab users
