Cards Against Humanity have updated their license to Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. The explanation texts need to be updated and can be simplified.

- [ ] Can I make my own Cards Against Humanity thing?
- [ ] Can I remix Cards Against Humanity in an original artwork?
[ ] Update README
- [ ] Remove the similar license clause section
[ ] Update web/index.html to match
