iota_zmq_tx_confirm_time_count and other queries display NA #21

Hello, I am using json dashboard from your sample. For some of the queries I am getting NA (iota_zmq_tx_confirm_time_sum, iota_zmq_tx_confirm_time_count and more). How can I make it work? Note that iota_zmq_total_transactions query works fine.

Thanks,

Which dashboard file are you using specifically (there are 3)?

happens in all three of them. Also, when I am pasting these datapoints in Prometheus and click Grapgh it shows "No datapoints found"

It sounds like one or more parts of the stack did not get installed or configured correctly. First, you should check the logs to see if anything is causing an error. Next make sure the config file represents the ports and installation options you expect. If all else fails, remove everything and reinstall. If you still have problems, you can get more real time support on the IOTA discord in the #fullnodes channel.
