Updates to localization for ALL languages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select different language

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: all items translated in user interfaces

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Attached is a patch for all supported languages. Where possible I've updated 
the properties files with missing translations. Wherever I'm unable to do so 
(simply because I don't know enough about the languages), I've added the 
English version COMMENTED OUT, so it it easier for the language maintainers to 
find the missing strings.

Also: updated Dutch texts to reflect recent changes in the English properties 
files.
