We have a lot of repositories in our project. We use a prefix on each repository to indicate the organization. It would be nice to be able to save a filter to find repositories that match "prefix-" without having to check each checkbox. Not only would this be a UX improvement but it would also mean that when new repositories are created with that same prefix, you would not have to update your filter.
