Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to Restart Merge for every PR waiting in hub.

Describe the solution you'd like

Describe alternatives you've considered I've looked for a market place extension to do that but did not find any.

Additional context The new button would call the already existing Restart Merge but for every PR in the hub instead of entering in each PR and clicking through the menus.
