Can't install on DevOps

When I attempt to install the extension on Azure DevOps I see the following error

Can you help diagnose why that is. As far as I am aware I have full permissions to the organisation and I am logged in.

Seems to have been related to MS service issues.

Just tried again and all working fine now.
