duplicate items appear in the dropdown list #280

Describe the bug

Every time the refresh button is clicked, duplicate items appear in the dropdown list.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Pull Request Manager Hub'
  2. Click on 'Refresh the list'
  3. Open the repositories select
  4. See error

Expected behavior no duplicate items
