Agriculture module #24

Create new (very draft) agriculture module, checking for potential snags and roadblocks along the way

@JeremyFyke Not quite sure on next steps here to pull into the dev branch, but I've created a draft Agriculture module and made a couple general fixes. You can see all here: https://github.com/crim-ca/decision-support-tool/tree/lauravanvliet/sandbox

All photos are taken from ClimateData.ca or the comms folder on shared drive. Not sure if these are okay to use in final version.

Nice work! Even pictures, to boot! This is great and I think demonstrates that it's not completely out of question for new folks to develop new decision support tool modules.

To merge to dst-core/development branch, basically things should be beyond 'experimental'. So I don't think this is ready for a merge quite yet. If you want to, you could attempt to push this towards a real module, probably first by chatting a little more seriously with folks at CCCS involved in ClimateData.ca agriculture module https://climatedata.ca/explore/sector/agriculture/ to get a sense of how to break down 'agriculture' or 'farms' into manageable components equivalent to building components. I'm naively guessing things like 'field', 'barn', 'animals', etc., but maybe this is totally the wrong framing. If you don't want to keep chasing this, I'd naively suggest renaming this branch 'lauravanvliet/agriculture-sandbox' or something, so that it's appropriately labelled and you/someone can go back and push this forward more at some point if time permits...
