Hi @matprov - another request to merge DST branch dst-core/develop into main.

This update bundles work from @ryan1000000 and myself.

Hi @matprov - if it was also possible to fix the web layout as part of this deployment (see our Github thread [here])(https://github.com/crim-ca/decision-support-tool/pull/21#issuecomment-1092265735) that would be awesome.
