Changes to content throughout program:
Added button to disclaimer that a user has to push to 'acknowledge terms and conditions' before continuing
added basic error handling in geocode function, so user gets feedback if the geocode function did not work properly
Working on for next push: ensure that all required fields are filled in before the user can advance to next stage in pipeline
