[Feature] Support additional CWL requirements

• [ ] https://www.commonwl.org/v1.2.0-dev5/CommandLineTool.html#InplaceUpdateRequirement (nb: link might change at later time with additional dev/final revisions) Extra optimization hint to https://www.commonwl.org/v1.1/CommandLineTool.html#InitialWorkDirRequirement that can save the useless copy of (potentially very large) input files to staging dir, while remaining writable. Should be used as hint instead of requirement so that InitialWorkDirRequirement remains the main requirement and InplaceUpdateRequirement extends it if supported/applicable, without failing the process execution if not.

• [ ] document in detail supported behaviour by Weaver regarding these requirements and provide more examples (some already done in doc faqs, more to had in doc package)
