move to patcher v21 to be able to use revanced manager again #465

Pretty much what title says. Cant use revanced manager with crimera/piko anymore as they removed r two fields from Alternative Source menu. They say solution is to move piko patches to patcher v21. I dont know what that means, please read it here:
