Create Discovery Exit Report #132

We need to create a discovery exit report See Discovery Phase

Value:

It signifies the end of Discovery and makes sure we are ready to exit
Consolidates knowledge and learning across the team in preparation for Alpha
Becomes a shareable document for those coming in later that can be built on
Allows us to share what we have learnt with others e.g. external stakeholders
Used for Discovery Assessments (not sure if we are going to do that here)

Acceptance Criteria

The report should contain the following

[ ] Service Overview
[ ] Who are our users
[ ] The user journey
[ ] Known constraints
[ ] Success metrics

Please refer to Discovery Report template to be completed

This is dependent on user research commencing and starting to gather information. Therefore it is sitting in the product backlog for now - not ready to work on as UR hasn't kicked off
