Create a shared calendar and means of booking in interview times for participants

As a potential research participant, I want to be able to book in a slot myself so that I can take part during a time that works for me.

This is likely to be through Microsoft Bookings

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] system is set up
• [ ] all volunteers have access to it
• [ ] volunteer availability is included in the system
• [ ] the link is available via the participant sign up form
• [ ] the link is available to the public/people outside of CJH

On reflection, I think it probably makes sense for us to schedule interviews - rather than let potential participants book themselves in after completing the sign-up form. I guess there is a chance that more than 18 people (or more than we have capacity to interview) sign up - or we get a whole load of academics, for example, signing up when we only want to interview 3. Might be better for us to review the list of opt-ins and then approach people individually to book in interviews? Might still be useful to have a shared calendar for that purpose though.
