@NathanDobson7 @felicity-spencer @legaleagleryan @CherylB17 Gavin does not have Github access yet, but hoping he will be se up soon. Could you please connect with Ryan on this to start gathering anything that currently exists? There is a separate task for Google Analytics data

To date, our user research has primarily relied on data from Google Analytics, public information from the MOJ, GDS, and NHS Digital. Historically, our content designers have engaged in desktop research during content creation, though this was not formally documented. We hope to now transition to more structured methods, including documenting all research on GitHub and employing diverse research methodologies. This will enhance transparency and provide a comprehensive record of our research efforts.

In terms of users within the Criminal Justice System we have a Digital Justice Landscape Map which is available on the network here.

@GavinSkull should be able to lead on the new ways of working and I am hopeful that you will have a User Research Team Meeting soon to discuss further.
