1. EPIC: Migrate content to LGD #4

After conducting user research and developing user stories, we need to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the new service. This allows us to test the layout, flow, and functionality of the website before moving forward with more work.

@criminaljusticehub/technical-team @legaleagleryan to review access to Beta version of website as this is the barrier to beginning migration

AWS access provided to @criminaljusticehub/technical-team to do a fresh install of LGD at the domain alpha.criminaljusticehub.org.uk.

Once complete, we can then provision the SSO to enable to Service Design Team to login with their M365 account.

Will hopefully have an update for the @criminaljusticehub/content-designers meeting tomorrow 😄.
