äöü not supported #52

On the german keyboard the ä ö ü keys can't be assigned using the editor. It is always added as unassigned when I hit one of these keys.

If you use the in-game hotkey editor to assign umlaut keys, then upload the hotkey file after the assignment, do you lose the assigned keys?

@crimsoncantab In game they are displayed as odiaeresis udiaeresis for example here to build a stable: player0.hki.zip

@crimsoncantab In aok-hotkeys the stable button is displayed as ]. In game that is odiaeresis.

@crimsoncantab When I try to assign ä in ff it will be set to unassigned and when I do the same in chromium it is set to c which is at the same position in the english layout as ä is in the german layout.
