希望划词翻译能屏蔽掉网址链接 #1666

请描述目前使用沙拉查词遇到什么不便

划词翻译不能屏蔽网址文本，因为经常需要访问外网，有时遇到非链接形式的网址文本，选中复制的时候也会自动展开翻译，希望能改进这个功能

理想情况下，沙拉查词应该怎么做

比如选中一段文字只有字母、数字、符号组合的文字，并且包含 [http://] [https://] [www.] [.com] 等字段，就屏蔽掉自动展开翻译面板

额外信息

希望在选中的文字仅仅是网址链接时才进行屏蔽，如果选中的文字除了网址链接外还包括其它描述性文字就还是按照当前的逻辑自动展开翻译

感谢反馈，会考虑增加一个划词自定义过滤功能。
