安装后默认悬浮窗与EDGE浏览器搜索悬浮窗重叠

复现步骤

1、首次安装 2、安装后默认悬浮窗与EDGE浏览器搜索悬浮窗重叠

期待的正常行为

不重叠，放到其他位置使两者互不遮挡

操作系统: [Win11] 浏览器版本: 111.0.1661.54 (正式版本) (64 位) 沙拉查词版本: [v7.20.0] 同楼主一样的问题，目前临时的解决办法是进入edge的设置，外观，然后关掉“选择文本时的微型菜单”。希望能提供个选项，自定义位置或者智能检测edge的这个选项，发现有激活了这项设置，就改下小图标的位置。

可以在沙拉查词设置图标位置，默认适配下个版本上。
