Saladict for Thunderbird? #908

Describe the solution you'd like

Would it be possible to develop a version of Saladict as Thunderbird addon ? As thunderbird is a very popular opensource mail client comes also from the Mozilla, just same as Firefox. The implementation of addons would be quite similar of Thunderbird and Firefox... It would be very helpful for thounds of thunderbird users while reading/composing emails in another language.

Hi thanks for the feedback. I've tried installing the Firefox Saladict addons in Thunderbird. Only the popup panel works AFAIK. It seems that content scripts or web contents are restricted in Thunderbird.

Forgive me for saying but if you use chrome or chromium-based browser you can use the global shortcut to search clipboard contents. See manual.

I don't have time for further investigation. If someone figured out how to make it work I am happy to merge.
