Missing instagram-ios-sdk-Prefix

When adding sdk project as static library, it wob't compile, because there is no instagram-ios-sdk-Prefix.pch file present (or I can't find it), You just need to remove the pch reference from the project and remove it from the build settings... I hope it should be clear to you what the problem is, but let me know if you need more details to fix it, or want me to send a pull request :) :+1:
