Program crashes on exit (on some systems) #1

On some Windows systems, the program runs correctly, but crashes/freezes on 
exit.

The problem may be related to DLL versions, drivers, etc., since it does not 
occur on all systems. The problem does not appear to affect gameplay.

Unable to reproduce on other Windows systems; does not affect gameplay, so 
won't fix.
