missing DLLs #2

When starting the game, it points out that some DLLs are missing:
libogg.dll
libvorbis.dll

OS is Windows Pro 64 Bit

still not fixed you added a vorbis file but you forgot to delete the string 
telling it use the other 2 then even if you have the files it gives a 
"procedure entry point not found error"

atleast for windows 7 32bit
