when ALL sub-msgs are deleted, the header msg also disappears (on Slack)
on the DB, the sub-msg deleted and the header msg gets a deleted timestamp, for all rows with both ids (good, but it needs to make sure that after implementing the fix suggested by you, that this won't update the previous deleted time added)
