Bernard,

In Chile we have fixed time, and 2 timezone (GMT -4 and -3), two time change per year. That leave us with a day of 25 hours, and a day with 23 hours.

"Continental Chile uses two time zones, Chile Standard Time (CLT, UTC-4) and Chile Summer Time (CLST, UTC-3)." How do we deal with this?

Standard Calendar class can manage this.
