Moved heroku deploy above docker deploy. Added instructions for adding a google maps key to both heroku instructions and general instructions. Changes to readme to reference google maps and changes to dburl | dburl_uri | local. Added GH link instructions for getting a key to both heroku instructions and to general instructions.
