Helpdesk links not working from the mobile app #72

The links for the Helpdesk are not functioning from our mobile app. The list of Helpdesk articles is showing up but there is no redirect to the browser when clicking on it. The link, "Open Helpdesk" is also not working. This is only on the Android app not on iOS

Its been over a month and this issue still persists.

There are no communications on this issue either on if and when this may get resolved. This is a crucial part of why we chose Crisp as a product and it should be working.

Would it be possible to get your WebsiteID so we can reproduce the issue on our end ?

The Website is www.oditly.com

The mobile app is called 'oditly'
