if i want deploy server on my local mac book pro, what should I do ?

i should find my project's dead code ,this project is belong to company,

so i need send data to local server

but i don't find any document to how to deploy local server.

How do we use this if we are not on heroku? I see how to run the agent. How do we run or access the dashboard?
