Coordinating the troops to support a large client #45

Hi there,

I find the commercial model you are working with super interesting. If there was a client who were looking for a number of consultants to work together to help flourish agile ways of working across a large enterprise how do you go about achieving this? or example, client x has just announced a large scale squadification adoptions, or SAFe implementation. It's likely that individual consultants in teams would not be joined up and supporting a coordinated approach. Do you ever get this and how do you coordinate?

Hi Tom,

for sure we get those kinds of requests, and our business developer takes care of those requests. She coordinates with the client and the consultants in order to put together a team of consultants that fit the needs of the client (see http://dna.crisp.se/docs/sales.html for more info on our business developer). We still follow the bun protocol, so those consultants that feel they have capacity and an urge to participate indicates their interest. The group of interested consultants and the business developer then collaborates to create an offer to the client.
