@abearab We haven't considered the CRISPR-Csm system, but it shouldn't be too hard to implement. Do you have a specific use case in mind?

@Jfortin1 Thanks for your attention. I was thinking about efficiently designing RNA targeting guide RNAs. For instance, here in Figure S8 there are m6A RNA modifications reported in specific loci and let's say I want to design an experiment to target that region using CRISPR-Csm system. What do you think?
