Hi @Jfortin1 , Thank you for considering adding CRISPRoff score method to the off-target score collection. I am working with a system that involves paired dCas9 and found free energy based method- CRISPRon score-performs better than other scores. Will you also consider adding this one to your on-target score methods collection? It was developed by the same team as the CRISPRoff package.
