Deleted messages are included in the export #3

The converter will export all the messages (included all the deleted ones)
in an Incredimail database.

There could be a check box or something in the converter that gives the
user the option to include the deleted messages or not.

This is considered a "Enhancement" since this does not affect the output of the
exported email.

Corrected in v0.3.  Added a check box in the database information section so 
the user
can export the deleted emails in the database.
