What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm using version 1.3 on Ubunto?

After the program detect that the AP is in lock state it will always detect 
that the AP is locked, but if I restart the programe the state is unlocked.

This is a known bug in 1.3 and has been fixed in the latest SVN code.
